"It’s a nice and basic hotel nothing fancy. Pack your toiletries nothing is included. It’s a walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hotel should update the bedding sheets and towels they’re worn out. Customer service was good. 😊 "

"Nos gustó mucho el lugar aunque es necesario pintar algunas partes del hotel y dar mantenimiento en el interior de las habitaciones. Aun así, la dueña es encantadora, la alberca, el jacuzzi y los desayunos son estupendos, el jardín es muy bello. En seguida está la playa, la cual es tranquila. "

"Im still waiting for someone to contact me about why my reservation never showed up in their system even though it was charged on my card. The hotel didnt even let me check in. Expedia has not contacted me about it "

"Rooms are small, dirty, bathrooms in bad conditions, I found used bar soaps on the bathroom doors, if you come to this place bring your own toiletries, and desinfecting products that place was bad, really badddd!! "

"En primer lugar, la reserva fue hecha para el Francisco II, pero cuando llegamos, no quedaba ni una habitación. Nos mandaron a Francisco I. Al principio, todo estaba bien, pero luego notamos un olor extraño en el baño, y luego vimos cucarachas pequeñas en el piso. Debido a estos incidentes, no puedo recomendar el hotel Francisco II.
