All in all the rooms need a complete remodel to make modern and they need to update WiFi and update to smart TV's and include breakfast."

"Staff was wonderful during my stay, but the property itself is not very well kept. There is a lot of broken things, lifted floor planks, lifted cracked concrete by the pool, dirty pool and jacuzzi, stained and old raggedy towels. The continental breakfast was so mediocre and a lot of the food was stale like the hash browns and granola. They had cereal but no milk so many people kept asking! the owners of this place really need to step it up I will never stay here again, I do not recommend it."

"The room seemed clean but windows were very hard to close at night and full of spider webs. The bed was very high so hard to climb into being we are 78 yrs old. There was no Kleenex tissues at all, the body lotion bottle I guess hadn't been used in a while because you could not pump anything out of the bottle. Usually there is a clock and a telephone in the room but none. There was no maid/room service. The photos online made the room look luxurious but not at all. Guess they have been there a...

"This casino is slated to be closed 7/4/26 and I wanted to visit one time prior to it closing. The pool is closed, you cannot buy food or water anywhere on the property and most slot machines are shut down. All ice machines are not working. They are charging $44 for resort fees for nothing!"

"You can check into the property by texting and then you are issued the lobby and room codes. I didnt know this and Expedia doesnt provide the property with a phone number to be contacted at. Andrew was great and very approachable and helpful. The main building needs to be opened up to air out the lobby and hotel area upstairs. It had a dusty odor. Property is kept up nicely. Cuhions and seat right outside the lonby are not inviting as they are full of sand and blocked by tables. Cabin...

"Hotel and grounds were clean but room smelled musty. The pool area was nice and quiet. The only REALLY BIG problem was that the airport shuttle request (made by phone and again on check in) was "lost" and no driver was available when it was time to leave for airport. Who needs that kind of stress at 04:30? Failed the stay-here-again test"
