"There is no coffee machine, microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. Everything was taken out. So every morning you would have to go downstairs and get coffee. :(."

"Disappointed lazy river was closed after we were told it would be open during or stay. The housekeeping personnel was excellent! The hotel food options were very expensive."

"Excalibur Hotel is good for stay and easy to go to every where. Good location. "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Excelente en general"

"It was a lot of fun to stay at this hotel. Everyone in our party had a good time. We would stay there again. During this time, the pool was closed, which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. "Great location for exploring NYC! I stayed for one night, and overall, I was happy with my stay. The room is very small and basic, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short stay if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city. Overall, 9/10!"

"I think Bellagio is a high end hotel however when we checked there was a bag of trash outside our room, the body wash in the shower was empty, the pillows were very flat and there are no outlets for charging cell phones except in the bathroom! The pool was amazing though and the grounds, resort restaurants were excellent."

"We love staying at the Sahara! The property was overall clean and well kept. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more detail to the rooms. The bathroom floor wasn’t super clean and we found an old pill from a previous guest on the floor. Just details! Overall though friendly staff, great food options. We love the free parking as well, great location!"

"Very clean rooms. Well appointed. Staff friendly. Family friendly. Free shuttle service within the very large property to take us to pools, dining etc. the only thing I would say is that the dining experiences were not great. No servers, food not great"
