I removed a star because the bed was S0 hard and the pillows were scant and lumpy. The continuous fan option on the ac was broken so it kept turning on and off during the night, which was disruptive. Not a great nights sleep. Still, I might stay here again if I brought my own pillows."

"The breakfast and staff are great. However, my room was not cleaned, nor the garbage disposed of or my bed made when I was personally assured it would be by the staff. This incident was highly unfortunate. "

"We were scheduled for 2 days but only stayed 1 because they did not have hot water. Why would they allow people to book a room knowing there was no hot water? When I asked they said I could only get 18 percent refund. No I should receive at least 50 percent refund. We checked out early had to book another hotel room somewhere else because we are travelling and need to shower. When I checked out they didn't care. I want my money back. "Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous...

"To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn."

"I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of."
