"This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!"

"This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money."

"The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door."

"Classic but Nice Place! I noticed renovation happening which is fine. I used the gym (I think more equipment can help) and I ate at the complementary breakfast (there was no eggs .. may be i was late, not a problem there was more food available) after that their front out door area is peaceful and beautiful! I being on cape cod 3 times this year so far and this hotel was the best one. Yes I will come back to this hotel!"

"The hotel was convenient and price was right. It is more of a motel. The room was nice. We paid extra $20 to check in at noon. We arrived early for a funeral and we're not permitted to use the facilities(pool, hot tub, ping pong table) until our check in at noon. The unfriendly front desk clerk showed up at12:01. The maids were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was adequate: coffee, scramble eggs,toast, bagels, cereal, apples, yogurt, waffle and a pancake machine. The hot tub was a bit...

"Room was very nice very clean. Our stay was very nice. Only thing I noticed was the landscaping was not very well done. Doesn't look like they tend to it at all. I guess that doesn't matter much because the room was nice."
