"Sadly this was a very bad experience. The pictures make this House look twice as big as it really is. If you are planning to go 6 people- I would really not recommend it. If you are taller than 180cm, you probably won’t be able to stand up right in other rooms than the bathrooms. The beds are SO Small, and SO uncomfortable! "Our Seaview room was a very comfortable size and the hotel's location was perfect, easy to get into the main town, but also close to the mountain road on route to Vágar. The grass roof made it feel very rural. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of well prepared foods. The option of eating in the bar in the evening was very welcome"

"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"While the rooms are on the small side, the location and setting makes up for it. Every staff member was helpful and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. We did opt to have the breakfast there every morning and it was delicious in the most beautiful setting overlooking the sea. So close to the downtown area! It had everything we needed and more!"
