"The room we were given was comfortable. The beds were the typical medium soft found in most hotels. The refrigerator was cold enough to keep our cooler contents from getting warm overnight. The television worked fine but for the cable system guide that does a constant scroll. You have to wait for it to get through all the channels instead of changing the pages yourself. "The beds were definitely not swapped for the last 5 years. Had massive amounts of disgusting stains on them and the linens placed over them had an equal amount of disgusting stains. There are smoking rooms here and the 3rd floor was rife with the smell of weed. The pillows definitely also hadn't been changed for an equal amount of years and the linens on those were equally disgusting. The mattresses had what appeared to be bugs on them, though all I saw were dead ones. Thank God I always inspect...

"The fact that the elevator was not working and after driving six hours and getting in at midnight then having to haul all the luggage up three flights of stairs it was not pleasant. The only thing the front desk person said was the manager did not want to pay a service call all weekend so it was not working did not help at all"

"We enjoyed the great location to downtown and the Lincoln Presidential Museum & Library. We slept well and the building was quiet at night. The breakfast was adequate. Cons: Sketchy neighborhood, No towels were in our room when we arrived and we had to go retrieve them from the front desk after two attempts. No one is always covering the front desk."

"Everything was clean and quiet. The front end staff was great! They were friendly and helpful, except the manager. She was kinda crabby. They work hard tending the front desk AND doing the laundry! The breakfast in the morning was good. Real eggs! Made in house."

"The hotel itself was awesome. The staff was great got all my questions answered. The room was nice the bathroom was a little short. When taking a shower the water kept going from hot to cold. It was the full swing of freezing to burning hot. The bed was comfortable but my mattress cover came off and I felt uncomfortable."
