"My room was really clean and bed was comfortable. Typical Hilton experience regarding cleanliness and room comfort. This is a MOTEL next to the airport. I requested a new room because one resident had music blasting that could be heard down the hall. Parking is limited. When I returned after dinner there was no parking in the main illuminated area and I had to park in a dark section near a Carl's Jr. Solitary guys hanging out in the main parking lot from time to time. "Incredible service. The best of any hotel, including Rosewoods, Four Seasons, and The Ritz in any location. Everything is personalized and so special. My favorite hotel that I continue to stay at as often as possible."

"There is a nice breakfast, pool, exercise room, nice happy hour. Beds are comfortable and pillows big and fluffy."

"Let's first address the 'parking fee', it says you will be charged $22-$25 per day, who or what determines which you'll be charged? It cost us $49 to park at the hotel for 2 nights (which included a $1.50 per day 'service fee'. Next, we did not ask for an ADA room, yet we got one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat (was very dangerous) and the shower head barely covered my 5'1" height! With all the 'tourist' and other unexpected fees, we will NOT be staying with Hyatt again!"

"We gave 4 stars. Overall was very nice but there were limited parking spaces in the structure and it made it very difficult to find a parking when we came back late."
