"The hotel was exact as pictures show. Clean & modern. But what they don't tell you is how outskirt it is from the city centre. It's in a location where you can rarely find a taxi. They haven't updated their location on google maps. We got lost 3 times in the night trying to get back to the hotel because of the inaccurate location. "When I arrived at the hotel it was locked. Tried calling two phone numbers, no answer. Had to drive around looking for alternatives. Why is a hotel locked at 12:30am with a sign noting that it is always open?"

"Unfortunately, this property was very disappointing and appears to be poorly maintained. There was a significant amount of trash around the property, which took away from the overall experience. Inside the room, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and there were areas where you could see exposed damage. "Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."
