"Location is strategic, near to local food stores and tourist attractions. Small verandah. Excess to public vehicle will be a little challenge especially when its rain. It will be good if there is a ramp to the hotel."

"Hotel staff were polite and very helpful! My room was one king bed and one single bed. It was super comfy! The bed doesnt look like budget hotel bed at all! The room is very spacious and clean as well. It has both ceiling fan and aircond. It takes time for the aircond to be cold but that isn't a problem at all! Everything was super duper good for me. The location of the hotel is at the centre of Kuching. Very strategic! I will definitely come back! Thank you so much Abell Residences! :) "

"Perfect stay. Very friendly staff. Excellent guids Ramona and Lenny. Jungle walk was great also the visit to the Longhouses. Transfer to Hilton was also great. Excellent driver. Food was good. Nature incredible. You can swim in the lake. Pool great. The rooms are run down and the aircon is blowing into your face when you sleep. We stayed three nights."
