"Best breakfast"

"Initially, stayed here from 26 - 28April, and booked for additional 1 nite. But on my last stay 28-29 April, it was a bit disaster. I went to the gym late in the evening, before 11 PM, but the gym was already dark. Dialed 0 and talked to the staff on duty to turn on the gym light. She said that the technical will come and turn on the lamp. 15 mins passed, no one came. It was okay, as the AC was still on and I could watch TV. But after I finished from doing exercise, I could not go back to my...

"poor breakfast service on 5 star hotel.."

"Excellent AC in room. Room described on here as "sea view" turns out to be "partial sea view", which is the description used on the hotel's own website. Staff very good, especially in restaurant which has a separate vegan menu with some good options. Some evidence that maintenance has suffered, such as a missing tile on pool and water leaking through to children's pool. Water leaking from toilet handle in room. Signs direct to a spa that no longer exists."

"大自然の中にあるラグジュアリーなホテルが最高でした。"

"Very conveniently located at the Kuching Waterfront. It can get noisy because of festivities at the nearby temple including drums and firecrackers. There are a lot of stairs especially if you stay on the second floor and no elevators. It’s a historic property so it lacks the amenities of a hotel. For short stays up to a week."

"Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab. "

"Good facilities, the breakfast buffe has many choices"

"Toilet light is too dim. House cleaning should vacuum the room everyday without request"

"breakfast not as what I expect. room overall okay although bit stained floor"

"Room is a bit small but new and clean. Bathroom floor is slippery if not careful."

"Loved my stay at Ranee. Great location, amazing and friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again if I am lucky enough to return to Kuching. Thank you to all the staff at Ranee. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city!"
