"Since my arrival, I’ve experienced consistent issues: poor airport transfer coordination, inadequate baggage assistance, a malfunctioning air conditioning system for 3 days that prevented me from sleeping, the whole hotel feels like a sauna, and an uncomfortably hard bed. Given these service failures at a FIVE-star hotel, is unacceptable. It’s a terrible, terrible hotel, it barely get a 2.5 stars not sure how they got a “5 star” hotel from. Asked for a refund and it’s been more than a day they...

"We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed there in June and it was perfectly located walking distance to the port and to the beach . Our room had a beautiful view to the beach and a large balcony . Breakfast at the rooftop was great as well as drinks during sunset."

"Nice property but the room was very small. We were not offered an upgrade despite being a VIP property. We’ve actually noticed that we are rarely offered upgrades especially at hotels outside of the US. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the ambience was very nice. The property was about about a 10-15 min walk to nearby restaurants."

"Die Anlage war gepflegt und das Zimmer schön - Cocktails an der Bar waren lecker - der Liegebereich am Strand war toll (sehr ruhig zum Erholen). Abendessen haben wir aufgrund des überschaubaren Frühstücks im Hotel in einem tollen Lokal in Pula zu uns genommen.
Einzige minus Punkte waren das viel zu harte Bett (konnte keine Nacht durchschlafen) und das sehr überschaubare Frühstücksbuffet (keine Abwechslung und wenig Angebot). Die Hotelzufahrt ist eine lange Schotterstraße mit Schlaglöchern und...

"L’accueil est excellent, le personnel toujours disponible pour vous rendre service, beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, dîner au menu varié, repas sarde excellent (cochon de lait grillé) endroit calme aussi bien dans les chambres qu’au bord de la piscine et à la plage.
