"I am proud of all staff there. Especially front desk receptionist, I remember one name Ahmed Alsugaie. Also special thanks to day and night duty manager Mr. Aloufi Majed and MR. Alharbi Saif. Proud of my country people working there. Keep up all. Dinning also is a mazing especially dinner. One girl there her name Marwah, she standing up all dinning time as cashier and as bartender. "Stayed 2 days, beautiful clean hotel, excellent breakfast, slightly far from Masjid, lots of construction around, but that is Mecca. Easy, pleasant staff, check in/out. Masjid on premises, with Imam was priceless, especially for those people with disabilities, small children. Enjoyed my stay."
