"Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. There are stains everywhere in the carpet and furniture. A light was hanging down by it's own wire. The room had mosquitos, which is fine as a I know it's mosquito season in Jeddah now, but I asked housekeeping to come spray the room, and they didn't. I called a second time and they said they'd come and they still didn't show up.
When we arrived at 7pm one of our three rooms wasn't ready.
On top of all of that, housekeeping entered both my room and my mothers...

During my stay at IBIS Malik branch, I was genuinely impressed by the consistently high standard of service throughout the hotel. The front desk team, especially during Ramadan, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, outstanding attention to detail, and clear, effective communication at every stage. Their follow-up and feedback were always timely, helpful, and handled with great care.
The laundry department also deserves special recognition....
