"The site is ideal for families with younger children. We were nervous after reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. We checked in online before hand, so it meant we were able to use the dedicated 'online check-in' line at the front desk (I could see that others were having a longer wait, especially when groups came in by coach)

"We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Leider war unser erster Eindruck vom Zimmer sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm muffig, im Fensterbereich war deutlich Schimmel vorhanden, und im Bett befanden sich Haare. Einen solchen Zustand hatten wir bei einem Hotelzimmer nicht erwartet. Die entsprechenden Bilder füge ich der Bewertung bei.
Nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigte uns zwei alternative Zimmer, aus denen wir auswählen konnten....
