"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. "Property was very comfortable. Spacious room and good value for the price. The biggest let down was the staff. It was difficult to find the valet every time I needed the car and, on the first day that I was seated for the complimentary breakfast, no server ever came to my table. Beyond that, the property is as advertised, has several amenities with good offerings for food on site. There were many activities for people of all ages to where this property would be very family friendly."

"The room was spotlessly clean a few light patches on the carpet but very well maintained the staff were welcoming and the choice of breakfast menu was amazing my friend and opted for a full Scottish breakfast which was cooked to perfection and so tasty there was a selection of buns croissants and yogurts and fruit if you wanted a healthy breakfast. The bathroom was very nice I ordered the products online which I do after every visit which are provided in the bathroom and we indulged in the spa...
