"First time at a CitizenM and we felt like we were spending the night inside a toy it was so much fun!!!"

"Large and comfortable rooms. No issues at all. Excellent location, right by the airport, next to transit. Carrefour convenience store right inside the terminal is open late right next door."

"It was an easy check in and check out although I was a little disappointed that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty!! The restaurant staff was very friendly! We didn’t have a chance to enjoy any of the amenities because we had to leave for the airport early in the morning!"

"Good location, near the airport and a mall"

"Hallway and room smelt like actual sewage and they seemed to be unaware or unconcerned. Walls in room were dirty. TV didn’t work on arrival. Restaurant at an airport hotel required reservations!?!?! Room had crazy design with sharp corners in dark hallways resulting in a painful hip injury. I would not stay here again."

"El check in muy lento"

"The entire hotel had no hot water for two days any no information was shared with the guests. Room cleaning was appalling, didn’t clean our room on day 1 of our stay. Never refilled the tissues in the toilet, never restocked our face towels. Breakfast area was small considering the number of guest capacity. Overall I would say it was okay. Couple of the reception staff were friendly. Please be aware the check in process is so slow and you could be waiting well beyond the 3pm time because rooms...

"Amazing location, right next to a Metro stop, literally right outside, giving you access to the whole of Paris easy and getting back easy, I was able to get back to hotel within an hour to 40 mins wherever I went. Room was abit bare bones but had everything you need and was a good price. I was asked to put down a €100 deposit before I was let into my room, I knew about the tourist tax but I’m pretty sure it’s mentioned no where on Expedia that I could see that you’d be expected to pay a deposit...

"No tv on rooms unless you speak french and like local tv"

"Nice hotel, we used it for a weekend trip in paris. Enjoyed our stay in this apphotel. Good breakfast and a good size room and the parking is great too"
