"I’m giving this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because of a couple of policies that didn’t sit well with me. They don’t allow outside food in the rooms, which I found surprising. "Probably would not come back, even with the price. The room looks nice, and was kept pretty clean. However, the entrance is very grim and gives a very bad first impression. The elevator is slow and finicky. The room's bathroom shower was bad, and seemed like the shower head was clogged. I had to keep the bathroom fan constantly on because if I didn't, a faint sewage smell permeated the room. Internet was slow, and the electricity cut out twice during my 2-night stay. "Hats off to the hotel managerial team and the helpful staff. I had a wonderful time there. Well-installed, all things needed were in the room. Clean, neat, and good taste. The hotel is located in a mall that is not in great shape; the hotel itself is like an oasis and is really well-furnished especially when compared to its surroundings.
