"Coffee advertised removed from the room due 24 hour coffee machine available in lobby. 2 machines, both were broken. Room musty, suspect that the bedding was left over from the previous occupant but too tired to wait for the (absent) desk clerk to complain. Clerk later seen outside smoking. No soap in bathroom. Room temperature 84’ when I entered. The A/C worked and it cooled down. Please try a little bit."
