"Nice hotell with excellent service. Located away from the tourist attractions, but the hotel offers free shuttle into the centre. "

"Excellent stay with friendly and helpful staffs, room is very clean and comfortable. Location is quite remote and difficult to find."

"The hotel is a stunning five-star property. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is modern and up-to-date. The service was wonderful. The spa is terrific. I didn't want to leave."

"깨끗하고 친절했어요."

"Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le lieu et l'emplacement. Superbe vue de notre lit sur le lac avec les nénuphars chambre 303. C'était magique! 🤗 Le personnel est adorable et de très bons conseils pour l'organisation de nos visites. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés."

"Fantastic place and great staff"

"Spa was good, although I would not reccomend the manicure."

"Beautiful stay. A bit from town. Wonderful staff. Just be prepared for bugs. "

"It's atmosphere is very good with full of flowers. However, what is good ends there. The room was cold at night, electricty recepticles were sluggish and the basin cap plug did not work. The hot water capacity was too small and I had to give up filling a bath tub with hot water. Preparing breakfast was very slow."

"Wunderschöne und liebevoll geführte Unterkunft . Sehr freundliches Personal. Nahe zur Stadt und dennoch leise. "

"Nice and quiet location, nice walk to the town centre (there is a shortcut)"

"Lady nice"

"service parfait, gentillesse incroyable, et le meilleur restaurant de notre voyage"

"Excellent hotel. Great, quiet location, close to restaurants and jetty. Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Clean, spacious room. Good hot water showers. Free bicycles available. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I was disappointed with NO internet or very slow and inconsistent connection."

"직원들이 친절했어요."
