"El hotel esta bastante bien pero hay muchas cosas malas en las instalaciones tales como muebles refrigerator control del televisor y falta mucha limpieza en las habitaciones . Personal muy capacitado y muy atentos. Desayuno y cena buenos. Tiene acceso a la playa privada."

"The front desk person was friendly but unknowledgeable. Though the room was clean, it was outdated the fan never worked and the AC was not cold enough. The shower walls had signs of hidden mold. The pools and the beach access closed so early. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, courteous and professional. Shout out to Jordan and Jordanians!"

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"Overordbet havde vi et rart ophold og et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen. Til prisen var lokationen god. Poolområdet var godt og vi brugt både vores morgen og aftener der. Lille kørertur, det dødehav, cafeer og minimarket. Vi var nok uheldig med naboerne som havde en fest til langt ud på natten. Små forbedringer kunne gør det helt i top. -Bedre rengøring, særlig i køkkenet. - Myggenet på altendør var ikke monteret og derfor var der mange myg i soveværelset. "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"Slitent hotell. Det ligger utenfor allfarvei, og en må ha taxi for å komme seg inn til byen. Bassengområdet er fint, men renholdet kunne vært bedre. Privat strand ved Dødehavet, men anlegget der var også slitent. Men prisen var OK, så en får det en betaler for. "
