"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Chengdu before. This will now be our preferred one. We had a club room . The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel."

"It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded"

"Great hotel and very clean. Breakfast buffet has great options, and an excellent view. Staff are very professional and helpful. Only issue was that the washroom doors are a little hard to use, and water from the shower leaks into the washroom very easily, and may cause a slip."

"Initially I was unaware that the hotel was connected to a mall, so I was wondering for some time in the mall looking for the hotel. Then one of staff recognized I was lost and assisted me and guided me to the hotel. The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel itself was also great. The fact that the hotel was connected to a mall allowed me to shop and acquire anything I needed when I needed it. "Stayed here for 13 days, the zen theme really comes alive in this place as advertised. Rooms are very clean and the shower/toilets come with smart systems. Service staffs are also superbly friendly, I ordered food delivery near midnight and they even brought it up to my room. Definitely reccomend this place to other travellers. Plenty of good food in the next street next to the hotel + train station directly beside."
