"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Only drawback was the shower... both my husband and I, individually, almost fell because the floor inside the shower was very slippery. "

The location is great, and very convenient to walking around town. On my second visit I was told that breakfast was served from 7:00 am. Since I had a flight to catch, I was there at 7:00 am for a quick bite to eat before my departure. I was told by the breakfast staff that it was closed. There was already plenty of food set out but I wasn’t allowed to come in for breakfast. I waited several minutes, and finally left. "

"Hotel room was nice and clean. Plenty of space. The pool was closed the whole time but we were able to lay out on the tanning chairs. The access to the “beach” was closed off due to not being ready for guests. We did not use the weight room but did visit it. Not much there but enough to get a small workout in while on vacation. There isn’t much near the hotel. We had to uber to Catania and Taormina for things to do."
