"We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. "

"My husband and I had a fabulous night at Daltons on Banana Island! The boat that ferried us across was complimentary and while the waters were choppy, we felt perfectly safe. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. "Afgeleefd hotel; voorzieningen matig tot slecht. Geen elektriciteit , geen WiFi dus en zeer eenvoudig ontbijt. Op de kamer dus ook geen airco en dat is wel n hele overgang. Prijs/kwaliteit volledig uit balans. €40 zou al genoeg moeten zijn."
