"Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. "

"We found broken glass on our kitchen floor after stepping on it and food on carpet by sofa. Curtain and sheers in living room were torn. Shower head was hanging loose and very visible wear on furniture. The room was very comfy and quiet our entire stay and the staff were pleasant and warm. "

"bed was way too soft and low to the ground so your pet could jump up onto it? Hotel beds are usually higher, more firm and with a nice pillow top! very poor sound proofing, the hand held shower attachment had a leak that sprayed all over, BUT it had a kitchenette, and a great worry free laminate floor, nice walk in shower. "

"The room was larger then expected, the jacuzzi tub was very clean, the fire place was a lovely touch, the kitchen was great as well. Well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies. If you are bringing your own coffee bring coffee filters, and also bring salt and pepper If youre doing any cooking. Lots of towels, the bed was comfy and good pillows. All in all an excellent stay. The indoor pool was great too! We came during off season and it was the best, barely anyone there. "

"We were seriously disappointed in the accommodations this stay at the Quality Inn. We go to Midland every year at this time and usually stay here and it’s always been nicely kept and clean. This time upon checkin we were put in 101- the motel at the back of the property. The outdoor grounds were completely littered with cigarette butts and food garbage that had been ripped apart and a broken shopping cart upside down.
