"Remain the best hotel in malang with unique character and traditional values. Yet food is authentic, service superb and amenities are modern"

"Great experience staying there. Room is clean and hotel guy is helpful and give their best services. Room also provided with clean mukena wrapped with plastic which not found such kind of this in my hotel experience. Keep up this good work bro ... thanks"

"Lokasi dekat dengan beberapa object wisata. Dekat BNS dekat jatim park 2. Pesan 4 kamar dapat dilantai yang sama. Fasilitas OK. Cocok buat keluarga dengan anak kecil. Ada tempat mainan. Kolam renang lumayan luas. Sayang saat menginap kolam air panasnya sedang perbaikan. "

"Kamar tdk sesuai harapan 28 m2...ternyata cukup kecil dalamnya.. Bed jg 160 cm.karpet lama n krg bersih.lorong hotel bau kurang enak.handuk jg pertama dikasih krg layak.complain kmd diganti...yg pst tdk akan nginep lagi..tdk seindah fotonya."

"The private onsen facility was exceptional; however, its limited availability to a single use per stay was a notable drawback. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit."

"Lokasi Hotel sangat strategis di jalan utama kota Malang dan mudah mencari tempat makan. Waktunya renovasi kamar dan ganti tempat tidur. Arah pintu keluar sebaiknya dibalik dengan pintu masuk, supaya bisa mudah putar balik ke arah tengah kota Malang"

"Clean room, pool and room has description"
