"The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. Laila is one of the most observant and kind and patient people I've ever come across! Miss Vicky the owner needs to write a book, but, she's too busy! "The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas."
