"We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size."

"A very comfortable hotel to stay in, ticking all the boxes: walking distance to all the sightseeing sites in the old town, buses
and trams within 200m, and eateries nearby . The staff members were super friendly , particularly Oksana and Matej, thank you"

"They charge extra for the pool which wasn't clarified on their listing. And even if you paid the about 10 dollars for 2 hours, the pool isn't even open during hours that are most convenient. They didn't even open the pool until 3pm and closed it before 10pm. No morning swims. Plus there was construction going on somewhere in the building, so around 10am for most of the day you heard that. But the staff was very good and nice along with the rooms. Excellent kitchen and comfortable beds....

"Great location, good breakfast, good value for money. Only complaint would be the air conditioning in my room did not work. Sleeping in a room with a temp of 26 Celsius is not fun. I was there for 2 nights, and after night 1 asked reception if they could do something about it. They said someone would check into it, but it was no better on night 2."
