"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful.
A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs.
The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect.
The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa...

"The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was terrific. Would stay again. Be advised the heated indoor pool is only open after 2pm. My only disappointment was not being able to swim in the morning, as this was the primary reason I booked this hotel over others. For a fee I was able to use the pool at the larger hotel next door- which was fabulous and had views of the Castle. "

"The room was large and very comfortable, but on the second night there was a problem with a broken gutter outside my window which was very noisy. When I reported this, the receptionist was extremely apologetic and helpful, and immediately upgraded me to a wonderful suite!"
