"Rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard, lots of bits on the floors, behind sofa and beds. Very dusy in bathroom on window cill. Mirrors were very streaky. Room smelt very musty on arrival even though the windows were left open before we arrived."

"Sandy Glade is a fantastic site. We stayed in a chalet which was very nice and located really close to the clubhouse. We had a gold chalet which was great,only complaint was that the bathroom was very small.Any larger person would struggle to squeeze into the toilet space and the main sink was a tiny hand sink.We did have an issue with the toilet leaking, but this was sorted very promptly by the very friendly and efficient staff. Entertainment was great in the clubhouse and we spent every night...
