"Hi, We arrived at your holiday park 17th October for a weekend away for 3 nights. When arriving at the caravan we notice that the caravan smelt off wee and cigarettes. After a further investigation we notice that the was a urine stain on the sofa, the sofa was also covered on crumbs and dirty. We then discovered that there was hair in the bed, sink and shower. "Max 2 star property. We were given the room called ‘tiny double’ which was awful. The bedding and pillows smelt damp. The fire alarm went off whenever we used the shower because of the steam even when we kept the bathroom door closed. There was no floor space at all once our suitcase was opened. For just under £300 per night it is shocking. Breakfast was so basic. We ordered a full english for £18 but had for pay extra for toast?!
