"The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. "

"Wow!! Incredible place! The staff was caring, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone knows you by name. Lawrence was the best guide imaginable. He found every animal and his knowledge on the animals is superb! The game drives are early morning at 5am and again at 4:30pm. Open air trucks with great viewing.
