"The building is in need of a full refurbishment throughout. Tired carpets and curtains, damaged or poorly repaired walls, broken lifts and windows. For the price listed, i could have found better and had i have known, i would have. The parking was free, after speaking to the young man on reception, he said it was not necessary to record my vehicle registration. So i guess we'll see if a ticket lands at my door. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. "

"Very clean room staff very friendly great service at the bar only thing that wasn’t good is your pillows only one in the room and it was very very soft it was like having no pillow yes I did ask staff for another one but forgot to get it as it was late I think they should have two spare above the wardrobe bit "

"Lovely, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Parking was available under the building &, with a bus stop just across the road, access to the city centre was easy. We had breakfast on our last morning which was fresh & had everything we wanted."

"Excellent full English breakfast with great coffee and some fruit juices. Very cheerful and friendly staff. Booking in was easy and parking was £6 per day, paid inside reception. (Only rip-off with this hotel chain.)"
