"Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts."

"Close to the beach. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok - only fresh fruit on day 1 of 3 night stay. Bathroom only had one hook which was bad for a hotel that does not have daily maid service. Lighting in room was poor. Only one bed side lamp in king bedroom. Elevators, floors were always sticky."

"We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston.
