"Its a good property with private beach, well maintained but swimming pool water was not clean. We visited during summer so climate was hot & humid but biggest drawback of this property is there is no air conditioned restaurant in the property (except one which is not great) , it makes your holidays tiring especially in summer.
Hotel management must think about making main restaurant (sea gull) airconditioned to provide right ambience to guests.
More efforts are required to bring it to Novotel...

"The property is beautiful & undoubtedly exceptional in all aspects, hospitality is top notch, staff is professional & very hospitable.
The only thing that is lacking is a full scale luxury food menu. The breakfast lacks options to choose from if you are staying more than a night. The Restaurants have limited options too. "The property is immaculate with fantastic amenities for families. The pool is fantastic. They have a regular large pool, kids pool, open air heated pool different from regular pool and open air jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi.
They also have cycling, cricket,
Golf, badminton and host of other activities to keep kids and adults busy.
The property is overall very beautiful and great for morning runs or just a stroll. They also have direct access to benaulim beach.
The food overall is great in taste...

"This is not a 5 star property and food was terrible they dont event call you for prebooked breakfast or dinner for which you already paid 8k for and the pool had broken tiles which ican be very dangerous and also not worth 34k/night over priced and not worth staying "
