"The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible. And we had to wait in line to check out. Not a great stay. The facilities are not so good that they live up to the...

"Good view (for Namsan mountain & city) and clean facility... but one tower building (for hotel) with other separate club (for mainly other membership of swimming, fitness, golf range). Not so much choice of restaurant inside. Breakfast is also OK.
One particular of this Banyan Tree Seoul is one "bath pool" inside of room (with separate small steam sauna). This is the main reason I made choice this time. Actually it is good experience.
Main issue for this hotel is the price. Too expensive...

"Het hotel, de kamer en het ontbijt op zich waren prima. Het was alleen lastig dat het niet mogelijk was om iets te eten in het restaurant in de periode dat wij er waren. Er was wel een mogelijkheid om iets te bestellen als roomservice maar de keuze was zeer beperkt. Daarom genoodzaakt om met de taxi naar Sokcho te gaan om in de avond nog iets te kunnen eten. Dat is normaal niet erg natuurlijk, maar na een lange bergwandeling hadden we eigenlijk gehoopt om niet meer weg te hoeven om nog ergens...

"It’s very quiet & tranquil place with an ocean view but a bit far to other facilities.
Nice hotel tough a little tarnished especially hot top which was not maintained properly.
Restrooms as well - bidets
Hopefully they would maintain well then
could be fine.
