I costi dei servizi accessori sono eccessivi, non si può far pagare 3€ per un caffè in spiaggia fatto con una macchinetta Nespresso. Il buffet al costo di 70€ a persona escluso bevande e’ una chiara presa in giro per la qualità e la scarsa varietà del cibo offerto. Il personale è poco proattivo, in più occasioni abbiamo avuto disservizi, specialmente in fase di contabilizzazione. Potrebbe essere un 5 stelle vero se...

"Il Tanka è ormai da anni una garanzia. Quest’anno si sono migliorati al ristorante con un servizio del personale impeccabile oltre che a una varietà e qualità di cibo molto buona, se consideriamo il numero di persone che servono. Animazione stratosferica. Restano da ristrutturare le stanze Monte Garden e Superior ma hanno già iniziato a fare stanze a campione. Il villaggio è pulito e ordinato."

"Nice hotel but lots of maintenance issues in the rooms , probably needs refurbishing at some stage . Staff were very helpful and friendly , kids entertainment and kids club great but overall it felt more like a 4 star than a 5 star hotel , certainly not worth the amount I paid , little bit of a let down considering curio is usually very exclusive."

"We have just had the most amazing 2 week holiday. Staff are super friendly and helpful, property is amazing and well maintained and the main pool is great. Food is excellent - we did not have a meal we did not enjoy, plus the staff were thoughtful enough to prepare an evening emergency meal for us as we arrived late at night from our flight. Lovely little touches make you feel most welcome. Truly appreciated. We took the shuttle many times to the centre and enjoyed the local market as well. ...

"Hôtel, personnel, buffet, restaurant, services er sans oublier la femme de chambre au top des prestations et toujours au petits soins des clients. Très bonne cuisine, plats biens présentés et malgré la canicule les serveurs sont en costume et cravate. Le patron est présent et veille au moindre détail. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine avec beaucoup de verdure ainsi qu’un accès direct à la plage et ses propres transats. Nous reviendrons."

"TOP!! Haben wir noch nie gemacht, aber ij diesem Hotel waren wir zum 2. mal. Anlage ist nicht die neuste, aber Preis-Leistung super. Mehr als genug Parkplätze teilweise überdacht, Hoteleigener Strand mit fix reservierten Liegen, sowie fix reservierte Tische beim Essen. Gute Auwahl beim Essen immer geschmeckt und hat für jeden etwas. Was das Hotel so einzigartig macht ost das Personal! Super symphatisch und familiär. "All’arrivo il nostro check-in è stato effettuato da Nicola (responsabile del Customer service) il quale ci ha dato il benvenuto in modo impeccabile. Da quel momento professionalità, totale disponibilità e massima gentilezza hanno accompagnato tutta la nostra vacanza. La struttura è nuova, pulita, curata, accogliente e silenziosa. "Mi dispiace ma per me è un no, prenotato a Marzo per Agosto e sul sito e anche via mail ci era stato detto che facevano sia i pranzi che le cene .. arrivati senza nemmeno avvisare in anticipo ci hanno comunicato che i pranzi non li facevano .. stanza pulita nella norma , tenda della doccia da eliminare terribile e scomoda.. colazione pessima poca scelta e una settimana con marmellata finita .. solo crema che si fa uno pane e crema ?
