"Hotel common areas are nice. Breakfast is very limited and feels cheap, but breakfast staff are nice. I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Custmer service is pretty much not existent. I asked for an iron at 8pm and I was told that thet they do not provide such service. I had have an argument which enabled me the priviledge to get them to contact the manager and ask what to do. "This place should not be open because it is dilapidated, and the owners appear to have let it go and are lost interest. On arrival a woman who said she was not the owner showed us to our rooms. The rooms are basic but there were 2 geckos & spiders and cobwebs everywhere.
