We stay only for three days and the staff really helpful, Karen in front desk really help us and make our time so nice . Food really nice , yuda, I think one of the chef , really nice young man. Our family really enjoyed staying there 😃

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are great and you have a nice rooftop bar. Also the pool was nice and the location is perfect in the middle of the city of Makassar. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. From the hotel you can easily take a boat trip to Samalona Island. It takes only 25 min. I would definitely recommend Swiss-bel Hotel when you are going to visit Makassar.

Early checkin (09:45) with my prepaid hotels.com booking was problem free and pleasant. The room with double bed was very clean and modern, with the following amenities... - tiled floor, good lighting and window curtains - luggage rack, clothes drawers & hanging rack, security safe, small refrigerator - kettle, glasses, cups, coffee & tea, sugar & creamer - vanity, reading lights, fluffy pillows and firm sag-free bed - smallish flat-screen TV, silent split type air conditioner The shower...

Nice hotel in brand new condition. Service needs work which is to be expected. Sulawesi is an up and coming tourist destination and service staff need to have better English skills to cater towards new demographic. Power cuts on the day we stayed didn't' help. Was stuck in a elevator for a few minutes! Not good. Otherwise nice hotel but needs work

The only 2 niggles i had , not enough seating in lobby and not enough info about what's on in the evening.
