"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"The location is close to the airport, and the stores, restaurants, and public transportation are all walkable distance. The breakfast onsite is filling with many options, though they wouldn’t let me add the discounted breakfast after I checked in (I had to pay full price each day, so I suggest you do it at check in). "When we checked in we were told to pay extra fees to upgrade to a room so that we could be eligible for breakfast. The next day when we went to breakfast, they didn't have our name on the list. We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast. "The hotel was in an excellent and safe location, we could walk to most places or take the close by subway. The room was spacious and the balcony and windows that opened allowed for enjoying fresh air and scenery while in the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The rooms are clean but very tiny. The bathrooms are excellent with lots of space and very modern. The hallways are dingy and very dark and the location isn’t the most convenient. Also, we stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping is only available for a minimum stay of 6 nights (we stayed at multiple hotels in Europe and all of them offered daily housekeeping, so this was a bit unexpected)."

"The hotel is situated in an excellent, central location and the rooftop terrace view was out of this world! The breakfast was exceptional…12/10! Saying that, couldn’t ever reach front desk, mould in the shower (ceiling and floor) and the paint was peeling in the shower, water sprays on the floor despite efforts to guide the shower head, and there were no face cloths. Lastly, only one English Channel on the tv and the light by the door is in the way when trying to open it for fresh air."
