"Great hotel - exceptionally clean throughout, lovely rooftop pool area, and beautiful breakfast.
Our only complaint was building works next to our room (no.328), which started at 8:15am. We spoke to the reception team about this, and were offered a change of room."

"dirty room upon check in.
air-conditioning not working properly in 35 plus degree weather (had to ask for a fan that took 2 days to come in and no sign of fixing the issue and no follow ups so we gave up on asking....
3 or 4 star hotel under 5 star umbrella and no proper service (smiling and saying hello is not a service) and also check the bills for over charge of same thing if you don't sign on the ipad going around. asked to talk to someone in charge for 3 days but it looks like no one is...

"Excellent family-friendly hotel to stay in and it is very central. We just walked around almost everywhere we have been to. Lots of restaurants around to choose from, very close to the beach as they have access by the pool. There’s entertainment at night like live band and some activities by the pool side/solarium during the day. Breakfast is highly recommended. Staff are fantastic. The smell of the hotel is really nice and they use Rituals products. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Melia...
