"Promised an art drawing class at 12:30 on Tuesday. No instructor showed up. 6/17/26 showed up at 1 pm. Too much seaweed. No one cleaned it on Tuesday. Other beach had no beach chairs, only picnic tables. No shuttle to town. Shuttle to casino No one working at the front desk in the middle of the day Machines were broken in the East End coffee shop. Activities director doesn’t work on schedule."

"My day was fairly excellent. If you are doing a solo trip, I highly recommend this place. Only if you are looking for a place that is quiet and peaceful with not much people and or activities. The staff did tell me that they are more active on the weekends for me, I went during the weekday so that could be why things were very mellow, but I don’t dislike the fact that it was very common chill because it made the whole trip and experience relaxing so again if you’re looking to do a solo trip or...

"What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. "Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets)."

"I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap....

"The Expedia property description and the property's own brochure were both totally misleading. Having been an Expedia client for many years, I rely on the their information for making decisions about locations to consider. This time we were duped. We were told of dining and bar options that were either closed permanently, closed early, or provided very limited options. For example, the coffee shop's espresso machine was broken and had been for months. The lobby bar and Italian restaurants...

"We had a great stay, pool was nice, location to shopping and dining was too. Staff was all very helpful and nice."

"We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when...
