"This place is deceiving and the pictures make it into something it is not. It was all inclusive but that was just drinks and food. Breakfast and most of the food was always great but only if you come in the beginning when it is first put out. Come during the last hour and it is picked over and nothing else is put out and what is left is all there is. The resort or rather hotel because you have to have activities for a resort and at least a gift shop. There is absolutely nothing at this place and...

"Beautiful location with great views from every room, and nice common areas, including tiki bar, pool, sandy beach. Some supplies & amenities could be improved but such is island life. The staff were very kind & helpful. The restaurant food was great but could improve their plating, speed, and availability of items (they were out of a lot). Overall it was an excellent value & fairly convenient location to venture around the island from."

"The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! "The room was great, except we should have asked for a room on the first floor, as the stairs left us out of breath. Checking in was a breeze, front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
