"We were told the pool just closed. That pool had been closed for months (disgusting). There were screws sticking out from the wall, paint chipping and bubbling, no lock on sliding door, only a board. The towels were brown, paint splatter in the bathroom and mirrors were not clean, mold in the shower. Poorly patched holes in the bathroom. There was no hot water and pressure was terrible. "The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast...
