"Honestly, Oualie is not the most posh, most modern resort. It's even rather rundown. The accommodations are simple, humble and can do with some work but the sheets are clean (if you get where I'm coming from), the food is nice and staff are available, neighbourly and they work hard.

"This was my second time staying here. I love the friendly, local feel compared to high end "American" style resorts. This small resort is on the Caribben side of the island with much calmer and pleasant waters than the Atlantic side. No meals are included but there is a reasonable restaurant/bar on-site.
