"The staff at the Four Seasons were amazing including the bellman, the housekeeper, the breakfast wait staff, the guest services manager and food & beverage manager, the golf pro shop staff, the staff at the lunch spot by the pool and the front desk staff. "My experience at this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
The property did not appear to match what was advertised or shown in the photos. The room and overall conditions were not what I expected. There were bugs present, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We also requested additional pillows and a blanket and were informed that someone would need to go to the store to purchase them.
