"I arrived at Hotel D with high hopes, especially given the strong Expedia reviews. I found a property with a tiny lobby without a well-developed common area. The room was nice, fairly spartan decor, modern, and comfortable. The big problem was the lack of air conditioning in the common areas and insufficient air conditioning in the rooms.
