"We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. "

"Staff was SUPER friendly upon check-in and throughout our rather short stay. My 12 & 16 year old boy loved the different vending options throughout. I loved the gym and was able to hammer out 4 miles and a short circuit workout. Room was plenty big and we were able to play cards in it. Loved the 2 sink/split design bathroom. So I could get ready while others were showering/going to bathroom. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but I tend to enjoy those anyway. Lobby was decorated nicely...
