"The hotel was great! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. We brought our small dog, and the staff had prepared bowls,, and a sleeping mat for him. It helped that we called in advance. The hotel was a very close walking distance to the downtown area. Parking was convenient. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The room was a bit tight, but comfortable. The room did get a bit warm at night, so we slept with the window open to keep it comfortable. It is non-smoking but we found smoke (marijuana) in the hallways and at times strong enough to creep into the room. Not one seemed to complain, and we did not want to cause waves. Julia was very helpful and told us what to see, what to do, and where to eat. She has great customer service skills. Breakfast has an assortment of items and we loved the bread and...

"Large, new looking room and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast, helpful staff, and walking distance to all of the sites. Train station and Pompedieu Center Metz are about a 20 minute walk at a comfortable pace. Hotel is surrounded with good eating and shopping for all budgets."
