"Check in at 3am have been traveling all night to check in my room and it wasn't clean, had to sit in the lobby after driving almost 6 hours. Then after cleaning the room she only made the beds, then had to get wash clothes and towels after waiting, look under the beds and it was trash under both beds."

"The hotel manager was fantastic and accommodating. Concerns for me where the price I paid and the condition in which the hotel was. Lots of cosmetics need to occur. My comforter in the cover was old and ripped. The hooks were missing to hang things, not enough storage for a room for 4, the sink was missing the piece in the middle, the caulking looked old, the bathroom had two different colors, the doors on the floor all at the bottom looked old and run down. "Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!"
