"Amazing experience. Cant wait to come back soon. The rooms are great. The food options midweek are lacking. But the friendliness of the staff makes up 100x for that. Special hats off to Jason M. He noticed my son had a bruise (it was from before our visit), offered to help getting an ice pack, and always asked how he was."

"We took our grandchildren to Legoland and chose this hotel for its proximity to the park, indoor pool and breakfast features. Well, it was 20 minutes away, which wasn’t as close as I thought. I thought I had read it was 9 minutes away but it must have been 9 miles, which took 20+ minutes. My mistake, I’m sure. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated. "Our stay was fine, the hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. The restaurant on site was not open due to it being the 4th of July however after paying what I consider premium rate I would have like to at least know that when checking in."

Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??"

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."
