"The staff was very helpful…I had a mishap with scheduling (my fault) and they worked with me to update the reservation and make sure we had a nice room. The hotel was very clean, and in great condition. The hotel is located in a convenient location walkable to most sites and shopping. There are few amenities on site, but we were able to take advantage of the discount on the gym and free WiFi. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was included, but in general Switzerland has higher prices for everything. Overall an excellent property and home base for our vacation!"

"Great location hotel was clean and well maintained. Negativities : the front rooms face the train are very noisy until midnight. The beds are foam and hard as a rock to sleep on. The staff could be more welcoming and pleasant to guests, but after being in Switzerland for awhile you quickly see this is not in their nature to smile or be generally polite to strangers."

"The Bristol is near a tram stop (Stampfenbachstrasse) with frequent service from Zurich's main train station (Sihlquai entrance). Coming from the airport, you would be outside under a minute in bad weather. The property is well kept. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast is limited variety, but the bread and pastries are very fresh. Would definitely stay there again."

"Our room was in the courtyard so it's very nice. There's a bit of construction going on, but we stayed over the weekend so it's not active."

"Hi we had a nice stay but one of the reception team was very rude with me. I asked her about the wifi setup she asked me to follow the steps which I did and got stuck on one of the part. She asked let me do it for you and grabbed my phone and said some people do not know how to use tech and then handed me the phone and threw the paper in the table. She was very unprofessional. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast team were awesome, they were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Rooms were small and it was difficult for us with 2 kids but manageable. "Convenient location, although a bit noisy because of trams. Good sized room with a renovated, spotless clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable with perfectly crisp white sheets. We had a pleasant stay."
